“We enjoyed our stay and overall we were happy with hotel and facilities. Food was generally good, shin beef and all desserts outstanding. Breakfast variety excellent, only complaint was that food heaters didn’t work very well so food mostly luke warm and cold by the time we’d finished. Spa lovely and everything working.”

“Very good customer support. I had lost the booking code for my hotel stay which was a gift from my parents. Talked via on line at approx 7pm I had also sent an email which was linked with the on line conversation. Resolved by the team when it was obvious it was a gift. Next day able to book my hotel.”

“As I was unable to complete my online booking because of a payment issue, I rang the advised contact number and spoke with Julie - she was extremely helpful, this was nearly 7pm, and she managed to complete the booking speedily and with courtesy. Thank you again Julie!”
