“Booking was easy but the description of the hotel was completley misleading. Perhaps Country Hotel Breaks should check these things before putting them on their site? I won't trust them again”

“The service I received was very attentive. My first booking was not confirmed and the operator (Julie) gave first of all emailed me some lovely alternatives and followed that up with a call back the next day to see if she could help any further. I ended up booking one of the suggestions through the email and other operators were very quick to respond.”

“The lady who dealt with me was excellent and dealt with the booking in an exemplary way. She went through all the requirements and issues very carefully and mad sure that the final booking arrangements were exactly as required. I did not feel rushed. Well done Country Hotel Breaks .”

“The member of staff Paula was very helpful both on live chat and phone . Paula contacted the hotel on my behalf to check if my requirements could be met. They kept in touch giving me regular updates. A great hotel deal was found in a fab hotel. I would definitely use this company again . Well done Country hotel breaks.”
