“Nice hotel, reception staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent. Rooms modern and comfortable. Improvements would be a full-length mirror and small fridge in room, better lighting for makeup or a magnifying mirror and a heat pad mirror in bathroom. Also, hairdryer is almost impossible to use, as it is in a draw with a very tight coil cord. It also has little power, therefore I had to go to dinner with wet hair. Other than suggestions above a pleasant hotel and enjoyable stay.”

“it was easy to book our Hotel stay in England. good prices with good complimentary Stuff like Champagne and Food Allowance to Restaurant Lots of great Hotel options, looking forward to our actual stay”

“The website offered us the option for a ground floor room with walk in shower which we took as my husband has some mobility problems. We were then phoned as the hotel did not have any such room so could not accept the booking. After several phone calls it was sorted out and the two people I spoke to were very friendly but why have options that are not available?!!”
