“Great choice, and good value. I found waiting for confirmation of my booking a bit frustrating, but when I contacted Country Hotel Breaks they came back to me straight away with confirmation. The delay was caused by my request for an accessible shower, and they were waiting for the hotel to confirm.”

“I have recently booked a Country House break online. The website was easy to navigate and there was a great choice of hotels to visit. As I’d already decided on the area I’d like to visit, selecting my hotel was easy, but otherwise I would have been spoiled for choice. There is the option to redeem other vouchers, not just Country Hotel ones, which was a pleasant surprise. After receiving my booking confirmation, I realised I’d forgotten to specify bed type and sent an email to Country Hotels. I received a response almost immediately advising they would contact the hotel direct to amend my booking and then received another email confirming the booking had been amended. I am impressed not only by the ease of booking but by the customer service given too. I am looking forward to my stay in a couple of months time. I will not hesitate to use Country Hotels again and will recommend them to family and friends.”
