“I actually booked via telephone as it was advised that I may get a better deal for a single room and well as the double that I required. I spoke with an extremely efficient and very pleasant young lady called Victoria. We had a very light hearted call which put me completely at ease. This compliant on her service and pleasant nature should be recorded.”

“It is suggested that prior to arrival we need to book a table for our evening meal, perhaps there should be a space to elect our meal time at the point of booking?”

“We stayed at Wick house hotel a year ago and we were very pleased with the hotel in all aspects. Room very clean, food great. So we had a very good stay.”

“The website is a very clear one and, because all the hotels are given the same format, it is easy to make comparisons. The one shortcoming is that a series or regional maps would be useful, so that a hotel can be pin pointed better in the context of its region.”
