“The website offered us the option for a ground floor room with walk in shower which we took as my husband has some mobility problems. We were then phoned as the hotel did not have any such room so could not accept the booking. After several phone calls it was sorted out and the two people I spoke to were very friendly but why have options that are not available?!!”

“It would be nice if you could include more choice in all areas especially Scotland ! And make the pricing policy clear. Feel,it would be better to be shown as room rate not pppn and when you put the dates you require you should only show the hotels able to take that booking instead of having to go through every hotel individually.”

“Finding a hotel and knowing what was included in the package was easy. Unfortunately paying wasn’t! Completing the booking form, using a voucher etc was straightforward but when trying to complete payment the website kept freezing (I tried at least 4 times and even used different cards). Fortunately the person on the telephone line was very helpful and efficient and the booking was then completed with ease.”
