“Frustrating having all but completed booking my first choice hotel I had to come out to get a pass code from my bank. When I went back in I was advised there were no vacancies despite me having completed the booking details.”

We are disappointed to receive a three star review. The additional security information would have been requested by your bank and is beyond our control. I can see that you tried to make an online booking but called and requested alternative dates which were only showing a twin bedded room available, we offered to contact the hotel on your behalf to request a double room which you declined. You then contacted us again and we suggested lots of other hotel options for you which we are very happy to see you have now booked.
