“I purchased two Roger la Borde Pop & Slot Advent Calendars - "Prints in the snow" and "Christmas Procession". All the family found the idea of those non-chocolate calendars really fantastic, they are so pretty, the forest theme is beautiful, and they can be kept and used for the following years. I wish I could give 5 stars, but there was some disappointment with the "technical" side. I wish the round bases were thicker to allow the figures to fit deeper in the slots, especially with the "Christmas Procession" - it didn't work as it should, the figures could barely hold in upright and everything falls down at the slightest movement, some slots were not precisely cut and had to be widened - quite a drawback. I would give 3 stars for the quality of this one. The "Prints in the snow" works much better.”

“I ordered a beautiful advent calendar with plenty of time, but it got stuck once it was despatched to the courier company. Eventually I called Cotswold Trading and they responded immediately by sending one first class by post to make sure I got it in time to give in time to start opening on 1st December. I don’t usually leave reviews but am doing so because I was very impressed by the service”

“Ordered some chocolate bombs, they didn’t have enough in stock, so they phoned to tell me, and to say more would be in stock soon, which I thought was great customer service. The bombs arrived soon after. What more can you ask for”

“The prices were a bit high but the quality and service standard was very high, especially when I'd added my address for the delivery which was incorrect as my purchase was a gift. When I phoned to correct it the person I spoke to was very helpful & friendly”

“Beautifully wrapped and prompt delivery. Reasonanably priced and good quality. I shall definitely buy Christmas cards again as I like to buy charity cards Only niggle was that the invoice was poorly laid out so it was misleading and looked like they had taken extra money for VAT when it was actually included in the price.”

“Very good selection of quality greetings cards, and ease of ordering, prices, speed of delivery excellent. I have a problem with one of the items, Laser Cut Christmas Cards pack of 5. There is no white space in which to put your name, let alone any little message you wish to send as the colourwork of the card extends over whole space, in this case, all dark greens and purples. This isn’t made clear on the illustration of the goods. Otherwise 5 stars.”

“Parcel arrived well packed, possibly with the use of too much sticky tape which I suppose is unavoidable. Arrived when it said it would. Look forward to using the Leamington Spa shop again.”

“Initial despatch did not arrive (Royal Mail); contacted customer services, heard back immediately and advised to wait a few more days due to delivery delays; still not delivered and contacted them again; replacement received two days later (recorded delivery). Great customer service and happy with the product.”

“Superb product. But took a while to dispatch. Two of the card envelopes were not included...meaning I had to buy more to be able to send to relatives.”
