“Superb product. But took a while to dispatch. Two of the card envelopes were not included...meaning I had to buy more to be able to send to relatives.”

“The item took a while to arrive, but that was down to delays at the Post Office rather than anything else. When I contacted Cotswold Trading their response was swift and helpful, and the parcel did indeed arrive a couple of days later. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Easy to operate the site and delivery was good. Only thing I would say is that the items I bought are significantly smaller then what they appear on the images and there is no significant item description to read before you buy items.”

“Good website. Quick delivery. Fairly well packaged, the chocolate advent calendar box was slightly squashed.”

“Please would you change your Carrier from Hermes. They failed to deliver a duvet cover and were impossible to contact. Earlier this year they failed to deliver a parcel from Damart and failed to deliver a parcel from John Lewis. Friends have also had problems with Hermes.”

“Delivery was unexpectedly 3 days early. Luckily it wasn't a problem but might have been.”

“I can't give a completely perfect rating as my candle in a glass container arrived in pieces. What I can say though was that there was no arguing about refunding the money for the candle so the customer care was excellent.”
