“Please would you change your Carrier from Hermes. They failed to deliver a duvet cover and were impossible to contact. Earlier this year they failed to deliver a parcel from Damart and failed to deliver a parcel from John Lewis. Friends have also had problems with Hermes.”

“I can't give a completely perfect rating as my candle in a glass container arrived in pieces. What I can say though was that there was no arguing about refunding the money for the candle so the customer care was excellent.”

“The service was very good everything arrived on time, in good condition and all in order. But a few days before we ordered on line we were in the shop in Broadway, we would have spent a lot more over £200 if they would have taken cash.”
