“Parcel arrived well packed, possibly with the use of too much sticky tape which I suppose is unavoidable. Arrived when it said it would. Look forward to using the Leamington Spa shop again.”

“Initial despatch did not arrive (Royal Mail); contacted customer services, heard back immediately and advised to wait a few more days due to delivery delays; still not delivered and contacted them again; replacement received two days later (recorded delivery). Great customer service and happy with the product.”

“Superb product. But took a while to dispatch. Two of the card envelopes were not included...meaning I had to buy more to be able to send to relatives.”

“The item took a while to arrive, but that was down to delays at the Post Office rather than anything else. When I contacted Cotswold Trading their response was swift and helpful, and the parcel did indeed arrive a couple of days later. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Please would you change your Carrier from Hermes. They failed to deliver a duvet cover and were impossible to contact. Earlier this year they failed to deliver a parcel from Damart and failed to deliver a parcel from John Lewis. Friends have also had problems with Hermes.”
