“The cards and quick delivery were entirely satisfactory.What I did have a slight issue with is the website,finding what you know is there ,and that it is out of stock,which is not surprising , because it is such a lovely card.Too many cards go flashing by,and found it not simple to claim discount offered. While stylised depictions of animals and birds are artistic,the depictions of the representations being lifelike, entirely in their own accurate surroundings have even a greater impact.”

We often keep out of stock products showing online so customers know we stock them and can request email notifications for when they're back in stock. Regarding the depictions of products, we often take the imagery directly from the supplier so we have no influence over this, but any lifestyle shots we take ourselves we try to make as user friendly as possible. “Every year fun to browse through the extensive collection Christmas cards. Should be something there for most people. Delivery (to The Netherlands) was handled promptly and arrived within a week. No issues with customs (After Brexit I had to pay of course). Well packaged and no damage (necessary as postal services ignore FRAGILE stickers)”

“Not had this fitted yet. I bought this to replace one. Measurement is a bit tight so not sure if it will cover holes left by previous rail”

“I ordered a Robert Welch toilet brush/holder and received a Robert Welch toilet roll holder instead. It was packed in a very flimsy outer box which was damaged, but thankfully the item itself was fine. I rang Cotswold Trading to let them know I had received the wrong item and their customer service was fantastic. The correct item was sent out on a 24 hour delivery (this time in really secure packaging), with a prepaid label and a mailing sack (which however was way to small to use) to send the wrong item back. 5 stars for price, speed of delivery and customer service, but only 4 stars awarded due to poor packaging and lack of attention to detail.”
