“Red Arrow metal kit indifferent instructions poorly produced parts which don't line up if you buy this kit get a set of needle file at the same time. Not recommended. Agent I talked agreed kit needs "give" and will never look correct”

We are a stockist of Coach House Partners who product metal construction kits, but we don't stock the Red Arrows one so this particular kit wasn't purchased from us. “Although we were also victims, we managed to re-cover our l o s s e s with the help of https://novarecoup.org. However, we want to demonstrate to the legal department that we are not the only ones affected in order to fully dismantle this operation and prevent them from deceiving anyone else in the future. This company is a s c a m, and the owner is currently in jail with their office shut down due to f r a u d. If you know of any other victims, please share this information with the company.”

Your order was despatched from us within 2 days of you placing the order and then from the tracking I can see it was delivered 2 days later. You also then went on to place a second order with us which was also delivered on time. I'm not sure if you've confused us with another company? “My star rating is one star for 4 dented BH products which will not be attractive enough to refill...whole purchasing objective and the objective of BH. Hower 5stars to Sophie who I dealt with concerning the problem and was brilliant. She needs a raise!!”

“Completely ignorant of hidden disabilities. We visited Sunday with my son who has hidden disabilities. He purchased a present for Mother’s Day and asked the store assistant to wrap it for him - that’s something he wouldn’t manage himself due to coordination issues. I commented that was really thoughtful of him to have the store assistant remark he can’t now say he’s wrapped it himself. To a child with a disability this was really cutting. He deals with a lot of unkindness for his disability but quite frankly do not expect it when making a purchase. There needs to be far more courtesy and awareness.”

“Total mix up with delivery company. End result the gift was not received by my son , only to be redelivered to me, who placed the order!! Then it was sent back to Cotswold Trading. I was re funded but the procedure was a farce .”

“This product's photo and description is very deceiving. This is a card and is tiny! It can't be called an advent calendar at all. Really disappointed with this as I thought it would be larger. Don't get caught out like I did.”

“I bought two pairs of earrings. One pair arrived damaged and are not fit for purpose, they simply cannot be worn (as the metal pin is not secure where it meets with the resin of the star) and yet your paperwork states they cannot be returned - this is not acceptable as I am completely unable to use them! An utter waste of money.”

“The lining inside the note compartment has frayed by at least over an inch. I brought it last Week on Thursday 18th. We live 1.5 hour’s drive away so it’s not worth returning it to the shop in Broadway. Beautiful looking wallet just poor interior.”
