“Good website. Quick delivery. Fairly well packaged, the chocolate advent calendar box was slightly squashed.”

“Please would you change your Carrier from Hermes. They failed to deliver a duvet cover and were impossible to contact. Earlier this year they failed to deliver a parcel from Damart and failed to deliver a parcel from John Lewis. Friends have also had problems with Hermes.”

“I can't give a completely perfect rating as my candle in a glass container arrived in pieces. What I can say though was that there was no arguing about refunding the money for the candle so the customer care was excellent.”
