“We ordered packs of Christmas cards. They were delivered on time but the envelopes provided were too small to fit the cards. They were very quick to respond and sent us further packs of cards with the correct-sized envelopes. The cards were OK, but not as good as appeared online and as we had hoped. This is why I gave four instead of five stars.”

“The products I chose were beautiful (4 x Angela Harding Advent Calendars) wrapped in sustainable packaging and came with sturdy envelopes to send on. Communication was great too, the packages arrived in good time. I only have one small complaint; the outer packaging was a reused plastic bag which was fine, I just would have appreciated it then not being almost completely covered in red and white thick plastic tape! It took ages to unwrap before being binned; please can you use brown paper tape which is much kinder to the environment and less wasteful? Generally I am very pleased with my purchases and look forward to ordering from you again.”

“I very much appreciate the quality of the Advent calendars I bought on your site. I wish that DHL delivery was not your only option for shipping to Canada, though. This company routinely holds any shipment up and charges quite a large administrative fee which is often equal to, or greater than, the original shipping fee I paid. I would like to have any shipments sent regular post to Canada and don't mind waiting.”
