“I have shopped at Cotswold Trading since my first visit to the UK back in 2000. Since then, I have ordered my very favoite washcloths from them and always received my purchases in record time. I think the postal service from the UK to the USA is faster than within the USA. I've attached a photo of my very favorite facecloths with the designs of Atsugi Matano.”

“Although we were also victims, we managed to re-cover our l o s s e s with the help of https://novarecoup.org. However, we want to demonstrate to the legal department that we are not the only ones affected in order to fully dismantle this operation and prevent them from deceiving anyone else in the future. This company is a s c a m, and the owner is currently in jail with their office shut down due to f r a u d. If you know of any other victims, please share this information with the company.”

“I found the item I desired on line and the manufacturers site was difficult to use! John Lewis was out of stock and Cotswold Trading had my item available The process to purchase was extremely simple and the choice to pay was through the usual methods PLUS the Amazon pay option which I used and the item was delivered in 3 days I know Cotswold Trading is a trusted retailer with an excellent choice of merchandise and perfect Customer Service I would not hesitate to advise Buy with Confidence”

“Unfortunately, my experience with this company was highly unsatisfactory. Despite assurances that my withdrawal was processed, no funds were received after more than a week. Only after escalating the issue and presenting evidence to Alpha recovery firm I able to recover my profit. I advise others to exercise caution.”

“I recentl bought a small gift for my nephew which was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately I'd mixed up the billing and delivery addresses so the parcel wound up going back to Cotswold Trading. I got in touch with them at that point, they sussed out what the mix up was and sent it our for redilvery which happened without any further hitch. They were king enough not to charge any extra for the second delivery too.”
