Beautiful looking item, but very tricky to assemble and collapses when you have to force in a new piece. Guidance includes suggestions to enlarge slots and tape it together if necessary- which seems a design failure admission! Plus you then can't disassemble for future use, which at £17 including postage, is a very expensive and faulty one use purchase.

Picture shows black engraving on bowl but when i recieved mine engraving is clear and it's hard to see the pattern.

The Milford products are photographed by the supplier on a black back drop to better show up the designs on the glass. Delivery was good but I think the item is of poor quality for what I paid for it. I gave it as a gift so did not return it but I would not buy from one hundred stars again, cheap thin material.

It took 2 weeks for my single card to arrive, even with the mail strikes, I was very disappointed as it missed my friends birthday

Item was in good condition, but an email from Royal Mail gave a very specific date and time for its delivery. I waited in all day (and I'd normally be out on the lovely day it was), but it didn't arrive. I printed the email and took it into the Nottingham sorting office, only to be told I'd just have to wait! A couple of days later there was a card through my door saying that I'd missed the delivery and would need to collect it from the sorting office. Perhaps you should consider not using Royal Mail.

I ordered a scarf and was sent the wrong colour . Hardly worth sending back due to post and packaging cost . Disappointed

The Broste teapot and matching jug that I ordered is unfortunately unusable as the teapot cracked the first time it was filled with hot water. I reported this and initially had a helpful conversation with a sales advisor. I supplied an image of the damage, as requested and I was told that the items were out of stock but a replacement would be sent to me in a couple of weeks. However nearly a month has passed and I am still waiting.

I bought a Roger la Borde The Night Before Christmas slot advent calendar, only on day 6 and so far most of it doesn’t fit into the slots, including the construction of the house. I have had to use a craft knife to cut the pieces so that they fit. It is by far the most disappointing advent calendar I’ve ever bought and all the pleasure of using it has gone as its to much like hard work. I do not recommend buying one and definitely won’t bother next year. Definitely not worth £11.99

Have failed to respond to query re 'delivery in part only'. No indication at all until arrival of 1st part of delivery that there would be any delay. I consider this poor. After a further week I queried this. No response.
