“I made a purchase but unfortunately one of the items (liquid soap) had leaked upon arrival since the bottle had not been tightly closed. I sent an email with photograph to Cotswold Trading and received a phone call from customer service within five minutes of sending the email. The issue was dealt with efficiently and courteously and a replacement was despatched soon after. It is very comforting to know that any comments or complaints are dealt with promptly and in person.”

“I placed an order online and inadvertently checked out before adding everything I wanted. I called the next morning and the person I spoke to couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She amended my order and applied the customer discount too. Cotswolds Trading have a good range of quality products and they were by far the best price for the items I wanted. It was also a nice change to have a normal phone number to call and speak straight away to a real person without going through the usual annoying menu systems most companies have these days.”
