“When I visited your shop, I bought my sisters the make-up removing cloths for Christmas and they all loved them. I recently ordered two more for a niece and for myself. A representative phoned to explain some colours were only available in plastic packaging and wanted to ensure that this would be acceptable to me before sending. I felt this was excellent customer care as some people may have objected. For me, it didn't matter. The goods arrived quickly and I am very happy with them. Thank you.”

“I ordered a Robert Welch toilet brush/holder and received a Robert Welch toilet roll holder instead. It was packed in a very flimsy outer box which was damaged, but thankfully the item itself was fine. I rang Cotswold Trading to let them know I had received the wrong item and their customer service was fantastic. The correct item was sent out on a 24 hour delivery (this time in really secure packaging), with a prepaid label and a mailing sack (which however was way to small to use) to send the wrong item back. 5 stars for price, speed of delivery and customer service, but only 4 stars awarded due to poor packaging and lack of attention to detail.”

“5 stars for Cotswold trading price and speed of delivery. My concerns are the actual item. After a cheap generic pull screw lasted five years, and my second one (£25) as per the photo, from bar craft, lasted 7 years before a particularly stubborn cork bent the fulcrum pin. I decided to purchase a replacement from a well-established brand Vac u Vin. The item feels flimsy, is much lighter, 530g compared to 662g, the gear mechanism is jerky in operation, and the plastic casing is less substantial and feels thin. It doesn't feel as secure gripping a bottle as my previous model, and this isn't helped as the handles and pull lever are slightly shorter and quite slippery. My previous model had a very tactile rubber grip on the handle and pull lever. It's still early days, but I doubt that this will last very long”
