“Ordered a clock and in two days it arrived, I am a 90 year old and am so dissapointed in today's couldn't care less attitude but thank goodness there are people like you who do everything to satisfy the needs of people, Well done Cotswold ,Thank you so much. This isn't the first time I have delt with you ,and hope to do so in the future.”

“Ordered among other items some earrings for a gift , not as described on the website when received, although I was sent a return label and the website was updated bitterly disappointed I wasn’t refunded the initial delivery cost that I was charged for an item that wasn’t as described.”

“Very tentative about online shopping with companies new to me especially so many scam sites out there, I did my research before commiting to buy and I have to say I'm glad I took that risk and I wasnt dissapointed with Cotswold Trading. A genuine seller with a huge wholesome range of products. I purchased 2 Wallis and Gromit Feathers McGraw wooly hats and the quality was superb. A absolute first class online seller and they have a retail outlet to.”
