“I had an issue once I received my order. I telephoned customer service and my call was answered very quickly. The person I spoke to was very helpful and resolved my issue within minutes. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Thank You”

“My order was delivered quickly and I am delighted with what I have bought. Unfortunately one of the cups was damaged when it arrived but a replacement was sent to me immediately and arrived next day. I will order again from Cotswold trading ...I'm very happy and they have been very helpful.”
