“Good choice of products. Ordering was simple and despatch timely. When Royal Mail did not deliver, customer service was super efficient. They sent out a replacement package straight away and it arrived the next day.”

“Item was in good condition, but an email from Royal Mail gave a very specific date and time for its delivery. I waited in all day (and I'd normally be out on the lovely day it was), but it didn't arrive. I printed the email and took it into the Nottingham sorting office, only to be told I'd just have to wait! A couple of days later there was a card through my door saying that I'd missed the delivery and would need to collect it from the sorting office. Perhaps you should consider not using Royal Mail.”
