“I placed an order on-line and one of the items was damaged. I sent an email outlining how disappointed I was and received a reply almost immediately offering to replace the item. I was impressed both by the quality of the items and the fabulous service when a problem occurred! I will definitely purchase from Cotswold Trading - again. A suggestion- simplify your return/ complaint process - you don’t want to lag behind!”

“I love Cotswold Trading. Whenever I'm in Broadway I can't resist visiting the shop and nearly always buy something. This time I had to buy online as I wasn't due to go to Broadway and needed birthday presents - great website to navigate, many beautiful things to buy - lots of inspiration. The parcel arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately I had received one item which was the wrong thing but this was exchanged quickly and efficiently and postage was refunded. All in all a great shopping experience.”

“Not had this fitted yet. I bought this to replace one. Measurement is a bit tight so not sure if it will cover holes left by previous rail”

I subsequently ordered the Pigeon Grey three-pint enamel jug which arrived a few days later in perfect condition. Excellent service and an excellent product.”

“I used their online website tp make my purchase which was really easy to use. My items were dispatched immediately (arrived 2 days later) and as they were plates, were packaged really well with recyclable materials.
