“I telephoned from Sydney Australia to order 8 face washers to be sent to a London address. The staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I placed the order on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. Amazing!”

“My item arrived quickly. Unfortunately the size was not suitable for the room so the rug had to be returned. I was refunded very promptly which was great tho an online returns process would have been helpful.”

“The made-in-Ireland fudge I ordered in July 2025 arrived with a rather short “best if eaten by” date of December 2025 stamped on the package. And I’m afraid it already tastes very stale and dried out. What was meant to be a treat turned out to be disappointing. I’ll hesitate in future to order any food goods from this outlet.”

“Article was ordered as a somewht left field birthday present, however the reciepient was very pleased with it. Orderding was straightforward, although applyinght the welcome 10% introductory discount was a bit of a faff. Delivery arrived sooner than expected but on time for the the birthday boys big day.”

“Shopping experience fine, speedy delivery, nicely wrapped, as shown. Disappointed with size of towel, I dare say the measurements were shown, (albeit in cm which don't convey much to me) but the descriptions 'hand towel' 'bath towel' etc. are usually fairly standard uk sizes. This towel is very small, 27in long by only 13in wide. It feels nice and the design and colours are lovely - but at that price a loop to hang it by would've been nice.”

The dimensions are listed on our product details on the item and regards the size, they're from Japanese company Atsuko Matano and follow their standard sizing for each towel.
