“Terrible. I ordered 2 picnic tables 10 days ago expecting them to arrive by today as stated on the website there is 7-10 day delivery wait. I chase the order today and was told if I wanted them on time I would need to pay an additional £75 fee or wait another week.”

“Absolutely awful service. Was let down last year and vowed I wouldn't use you again. Against my better judgement i ordered several hundred pounds worth of products from you for an imminent OFSTED. A week after the due date I phoned to see where everything was only to be told it would still be several weeks before my products arrived. No one had even bothered to let me know and didn't seem overly concerned that they had really compromised my OFSTED. Cancelled my order and went back to ordering from a reliable company. Will not use you again and certainly not recommending you to all my colleagues in the industry.”

“Had a very good experience purchasing a Familidoo quad stroller at a great price. Would use Costcutters UK again & recommend to friends/family. Very quick delivery. “Ordered 4 Pre school tables which when delivered were too high. We run a pre school therefor Pre school tables should have been appropriate however they are too high for our children. When I asked to replace them I was informed we would be charged 40% of the original order cost to do so. When asking for some support in this matter I was just quoted the t&cs. This is not acceptable therefor we are stuck with 4 tables that are going to get very little use by us. We will not shop with this company again!”

Hi Karen Thank you for your message, furniture is manufactured to order and is unfortunately non returnable. There are many different sizes, heights and colour combinations and this is therefore the reason that furniture is made specifically to orders and the reason that there is also a waiting time whilst furniture is made. We do have an excellent customer services department who are always on hand and can help with size guides and any other information that may be required. Our terms and conditions do explain and reflect this and we do advise that furniture can not be returned and charges may apply. I am sorry that you felt the Gopak tables were not suitable for your requirements but they are a very popular item which we supply in large volumes to many different settings.
