“Three large parcels - flatpack, left on the path in the rain. No notification of neaby delivery time. No one knocked at the door. I didn't sign for them. I didn't realise that it was flatpack (small wording on the website) Refund offered is only 2/3 of price paid.”

Hello, Apologies that the delivery was left outside, deliveries are made directly from our supplier and not handled by us, I have passed your comments onto the relevant company. The description states 'Supplied flat pack for easy storage and simple assembly'. With reference to the refund, the deduction that I emailed you covers the collection and restocking fees from our supplier. These are in the Terms and Conditions.

Hi Ahshan, We can only see you have requested a quotation on 07/09/2023, i have spoken to your account manager and can confirm you did not want to place your order until the items were in stock. Isabelle has tried to call you on several occasions but has been unable to speak to anyone. After looking at our bank transactions you have not tried to make payment. If you would like to call into the office and speak to a member of staff, they can help you. We are open Monday - Friday 0900-1700 Thank you Customer Service
