“I placed my order almost a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted Cornerstone 2 weeks ago and they assured me that I would have it within the week - No surprise that it still hasn't arrived. Extremely poor experience and I have now requested a refund.”

Hi Daniel, I'm so sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet - that really isn't the smooth service we strive to deliver for our members. We thought we'd fixed the problem with your order when we emailed you, and Royal Mail should've then released your order to you - but it seems that it's now got stuck in the postal system again. We decided to wait as, at the time, it would've been much quicker for the order to reach you from the middle of the postal system, rather than starting again at the beginning - but now it seems that's not the case. So sorry to have kept you waiting. If you'd like to drop help@cornerstone a quick email, the care team will be able to get your order sent out to you again as quick as possible. Apologies again for the frustration and disappointment. I hope you have a lovely weekend.

“Quality razors. Handle a little difficult when wet, please develop a better grip, I would happily pay to replace. Take or leave your add-on products to be honest, moisturiser pretty good though, gel insufficient lather. Will continue to purchase your razors however so thanks for asking! Best wishes”

“As most people the shaves I have had have been best ever. 1 thing I have felt is that the blade head feels like it not on properly but is. I would recommend them to anyone. The service provided is excellent”

“I've had a few close shaves in my life. Cornerstone razor blades provide the cloest yet. And I don't have to think about running out....Cornerstone do that for me.”

“Once you subscribe cornerstone do not engage you as a consumer - they should be offering additional items and giving offers or shaving handles as standard every 6 months”

Oh, sorry to hear your thoughts Justin. We do give out coupons for freebies every now and again and offer a welcome discount for new members but as a small startup, we can't bear the cost of lots of repeated discounts. We are bringing out some new products very soon so do keep an eye out.
