“Lucy and the Cornerstone team really are exceptional. I’m extremely difficult to please, yet I find their customer service outstanding. They respond quickly and in a very professional manner. You are kept informed of your delivery from the moment it is being picked until the moment it arrives at your door, with regular updates in between. I would 100% recommend them as a company just purely OUSTANDING!!!, Well done. Neal”

“Product itself is very good but delivery time and service responses were poor. I understand deliveries may be delayed over busy periods butt to be specifically sent a delivery date, which was missed, to then be told after I had chased it myself it hasn't even be sent yet due to 'an unexpected amount of orders' was very poor. How many orders can be taken be taken to delay dispatch by 5 days? Should have been kept informed without having to chase myself.”

Unfortunately we did have a few delays around the Christmas period that meant we couldn't dispatch some orders as quickly as we'd have liked to. “I recently approached Cornerstone and let them know they were sending me promotional emails for products I already received; this was extremely annoying (no one likes spam). Not only did they ensure I was removed, I received a personal email apologising, to which I replied with a comment regarding a razor I had, being the head would detach from the handle. I've received a new handle, without even asking and have been handled quickly, politely and efficiently by 'Jen B' ... extremely good service. Well done!”

“I cant get enough of your products!! Good quality and probably the best customer service I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. It’s so nice to have a bit of manly pampering but to still feel manly. I also love how you let your customers try new products with out the pressure to by afterwards, such a great sales technique! 👍👌🏻 Thanks loads guys and keep up the good work! Maybe you could look into a old man shower gel/body wash to smooth out the rest of my skin 💪😬”

“I bought a subscription for my partner as part of his Christmas present. He loved the shaving kit. He said that it’s the closest shave he’s ever had from a razor, and he loves the products for his face too. Customer service with this company is outstanding and the very friendly and helpful staff can’t do enough. Well done Cornerstone!”

“This shaving system has proved to be beneficial to me . A well designed handle with decent weight assists the shaver. I use the after balm as well and find that really good , a pleasant feeling and very good aroma . The razors are pretty good and do give a good shave .”

“Very poor service, failed to deliver order as paid for and schedule.Now told up to 10 days for a refund.Very poor,can not recommend”

Oh no, it is a shame to hear you would not be recommending us Matthew. We have been experiencing a backlog of orders from the festive period so I do apologise for the delay. Unfortunately, we have no control over the time it takes to process refunds as this is all dependent on your bank but members do report receiving it within a few days so do keep your eyes peeled and hopefully it will be with you soon.
