Very happy indeed, superb service from Cornerstone, and the products are fantastic. Everything from a marketing perspective is very well thought through. I get a better shave now than I ever did with Gillette. Well done Cornerstone for producing a very successful product it is nice to see another British success story.

I'm so sorry to hear that Sam, our customer care team are always on hand during office hours in the week and we have limited cover at the weekends. They do always respond to emails, have you had a response yet?

Really happy with the shaving experience, no issues, packaging and delivery first class. Communication very clear and helpful. Razor feels nice, looks good, face scrub, gel and post shave balm smell and feel great. Recommend at this stage and likely send as a gift to friends and family.

Can't say I'm sold on the blades. I've waited for over a month with a a few shaves behind me now before leaving a review. Had irritation after every shave since using these, which compared to me using my usual razor is quite frustrating. I haven't used any different products as what I had was adequate enough to not give me irritation. The blades seem to drag even with a new blade in. And don't cut as close as I'd like. My only good point towards these is the personalised handle. Sadly I won't be using these again.

Hey us women are missing out ere.... I have to say I do "borrow" my husbands razor to de-muff the ole pins & it leave them beautifully smooth & never get any ingrown bits either. How about bringing out a "pink" version or a "glitter" one for us ladies pleeeeeeease xXx

Been using Cornerstone for about 18 months now and love them. I find the blades are good for at least three shaves, not shaving everyday means there is a lot of stubble to go through. Would recommend

I love the aluminium Handle of the Razor and the blades give an excellent first shave....BUT using the razor for the second shave and especially third is a different story. I find that the blades blunt very quickly and by the time you try and shave for a third time its very uncomfortable and drags. I therefore get throught the blades far quicker than I should and have to buy 'top up blades' whilst waiting for next delivery.

I always get a great shave with Cornerstone. Shaving under the shower is the best way to shave, for me anyway. Watching BBC TV last night, they compared different razors, and Cornerstone came out on top, good to see a professional giving it the thumbs up. Pete.

As I mentioned a couple of weks ago, I was very happy with the shave but couldn't sign up (first delivery was a gift). *Finally* Rhia from Cornerstone got on the case and had a look and said it was because there was a pre-existing account with my delivery details (my son must have set this up). She deleted all earlier accounts for me and my latest attempt burst into life (correctly). So beware if you get a delivery as a present and want to set up a follow-on account!

The first shave with each blade is superb! But then it is clogged and I can't clear it. The second shave with each blade is probably worse than my usual Gillette Fusion blades. I think overall, I prefer the Gillette blades simply due to longetivity. Positives, first shave is brilliant, shave gel and balm are nice. Facial scrub is a bit gimmicky, but I'll still use it while I have it. But the fact remains, the long term cost I foresee with these blades is just too high as I get no longevity from them. I also should point out, I've had some of the blades rust if I haven't used them for a couple of days.

I've been using cornerstone for a week now and I'm loving it!! I suffer with sensitive skin and have found it a comfortable and pleasant shave.

Excellent product and thus far the service I've received has also been of a very high standard. Initial purchase of the handle, shaving gel, post shave balm and the blades was exactly what I needed and I wasn't forced to purchase more gel or anything at my next order which is great, I only needed the blades which are really good and very well priced. Keep it up Cornerstone!

I wanted to leave a longer review, so the short version is IT'S AWESOME GO GIVE IT A TRY!!! The longer version starts with the current market I was faced with in my country (Switzerland) For a normal pack of 8 blades I usually had to pay 35$, or in most cases even more. At Cornerstone I pay 38$ for 6 blades, a peeling, a shave gel, and an after shave (and I have it delivered to my post box directly as well) But behold there shall be more. It all started when I noticed the blue strips on a special brand gave me a rash (also their blades tended to go blunt in a few strokes on several occasions). The shave gel of the other brand also started to itch and I was basically screwed as (as in most countries) they had completely conquerred the marked. I went on a search and found some other delivery service but they told me they couldn't deliver to my country. Luckily, however, I found Cornerstone. After a chat with their online assistance (Which is some of the best customer service I've ever received) it was clear I had to try it. Account set up was easy and quick and I ordered the complete pack of blades, cream, peeling and shaving gel (all of which are totally awesome). Within a few days I had the blades. At first I was a bit startled by the claim the blades would hold a week with regular shavers (other brands had proven to go blunt within half a shave) That was 9 weeks ago and I'm currently at blade No. 4 (which is an average 2.25 weeks per blade) and blade No.4 will probably last me another 2 weeks. The creams and gels are awesome, much less agressive and abrasive than other comanies' products, thus perfectly suited for sensitive skin. I don't know how they did it but they made shaving great again. (no pun intended)

The shave made me reasonably happy (or very happy). I received a pack as a present. I have, however, tried twice to set up an account on different machines and both times it just says "There was an error setting up your account". The first time I emailed and they said try again with another browser/delete history etc (which is crap) but it still doesn't work. Can't buy, won't use........

With regards to deleting browser history, this is usually our first suggestion to try in situations like this and it can often resolve the problem - sorry it hasn't been successful in your case! There are a few other reasons this problem could be occurring so I would recommend getting in touch with us at help@cornerstone.co.uk again so that we can investigate this further for you.

Had a fab shave......really smooth, and the scrub, shave gel, and post shave balm are all good, although don't over do it with the scrub - otherwise you will look like you have been in a mud bath. It is nice kit that arrived through the letter box with excellent email communication advising of order and delivery status. It has nicely designed packaging that you would associate with a strong brand identity promoting quality and a shaving guide to get the best out of the products. Shame that it ends up in the recycling bin. The nice thing about the handle is really simple - it stands up on the sink, so no more rusty blade marks....... overall really pleased. Suggestions for improvement are the inclusion of a trimming blade and rather than a cardboard box, if the razor box was plastic it would make a great travel container-even if it was just the first one with the razor handle, with the follow on blades being in the current card board packaging . Overall really pleased

We're pretty happy with our packaging as well but we've made sure it is indeed made from 100% recyclable materials. With regards to the lack of a trimming blade, you might be pleased to hear that we're currently developing a new razor that will include a trimming blade - you'll be sure to hear about that when it's ready. Lastly, that's a great idea for a travel razor box. We don't currently have anything like this in the works but it's definitely possible it could change in the future - we always try to keep our members' feedback in mind when developing new products so we really appreciate the suggestion. Cornerstone is amazing! It's the best wet shave I have ever had :-) The razor is really smooth and a lovely razor to use...the products are brilliant and being sent the supplies by post is great :-) The customer service from Cornerstone is top class. The team are polite, friendly and really helpful. I have nothing but praise for Cornerstone. :-) One of the best things about Cornerstone - as another reviewer said - is the personal touch. As they are a small (but expanding) company, there is a real feeling that they care. You feel like you are treated as an individual, not just another customer and part of the sales figures. If you wet shave (or even if you use an electric shaver)...you have GOT TO TRY Cornerstone.

I had to cancel my account because the razor quality is not as good as Gillette. The Cornerstone razors were causing me cuts and rashes which I never got with Gillette. They also do not last as long and were like posh disposable razors. I could pay £25 for 18 Gillette blades which would last me around 6-8 months as opposed to 6 blades at £14 that would last a month, so value for money was another issue. It made rational sense to cancel my account.
