“Hi, The agents on the live chat are helpful and I am happy with them. I would say that I raised a tickets around 5 or 6 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved.”

Unfortunately, as we have previously advised, the ticket you refer to has been escalated to our development team and we are unable to provide timescales due the complex nature of the work undertaken. Hi Joyce Unfortunately, for GDPR reasons, we are unable to reset passwords for members of our customers staff. As advised by our team, you will need to contact your home administrator as they will have the correct permissions to enable you to log in. Regards The CoolCare Team
