“coolcare is a great system to use for staffign, rotas, booking annual leave. The support Team are always on hand if you need them. The only thing i would like is on the enquires to add a times of the visit with the date. If you have 2 or more visits boooked for a certain day you can keep track of the time its booked ofr. Otherwise i would recommend”

“Todays support (Sarah) was very good and it only took 5 her minutes to resolve the problem. however, other support personnel had been spoken with prior who couldnt resolve the issue. my feedback is provided on todays support from Sarah.”
