Very user-friendly, has made the payroll process a doddle, especially with the link to Sage payroll, a payroll run now takes seconds rather than days!

Help provided was good and in proper way. The waiting time to connect is very long. Usually 8-10 minutes.

We will investigate further on your comments about waiting times - we do monitor those on an ongoing basis and our average waiting time is around 2 minutes - so we can only apologise that you have had to wait longer than that. Very unhappy with the lack of communication. Original issue reported via chat at 9am Monday and advised a ticket would be raised. No further communication so I contact CC helpline at lunchtime and am left holding for a call handler to answer for a very long time. When I finally get through, my support ticket hasn't been raised as it wasn't noted where I had called from! As the afternoon progreesed, still no update on the situation and impossible to get an answer from the support line and emails went unanswered. I called again approx 3.30pm as needed to provide my company with an answer as to when they can expect me to complete the previous weeks' payroll and end up holidng again for over half an hour. When I finally speak to someone I'm told that there is nothing CC can do and we've just got to wait. Very bad customer service

We haven't been using Coolcare for very long but it a fairly easy programme to master. There are a few things which could be managed better but hopefully over time the team will make improvements to iron out any little snags.
