“Help provided was good and in proper way. The waiting time to connect is very long. Usually 8-10 minutes.”

We will investigate further on your comments about waiting times - we do monitor those on an ongoing basis and our average waiting time is around 2 minutes - so we can only apologise that you have had to wait longer than that.
