We haven't been using Coolcare for very long but it a fairly easy programme to master. There are a few things which could be managed better but hopefully over time the team will make improvements to iron out any little snags.

Sarah reponded to my call right away, just before 5.00pm and helped me to get our timesheets working again. She followed up twice the next morning to check everyting was still ok. Amazing customer service.

I have contacted CoolCare support twice in the last week and both times the lady I spoke to has been really helpful. Both times issues resolved.

We have a number of issues/errors with the rota that are urgent and cause major issues for us regarding holidays etc. Even though we have raised these, it appears 8 other companies have to complain about the same error before they will even be looked at - this appears to be extremely poor response to serious flaws that have financial implications.
