I went with this quote on 20th March. I tried to cancel. I found it impossible online and there was no reply over the weekend. When I eventually got through this morning I was told that they would be charging me £25 for the cancellation. This was certainly not easily known by myself. The reason was that they did not accept my no claims bonus proof because they said I had a claim in July 2018. I did not and they refused to investigate how they had got this erroneus information.”
“Your website was fine it was the insurer's who changed the price said things wasn't on the policy that confused. Com said I'd selected and the prices were nearly 200 pounds more, auto net who I had decided to use was twisting my policy details to charge me more, and after there website crashed and I spoke to the agent he was saying I hadn't selected this and which I had originally, he also wanted £15 set up fee for ringing them directly as the website crashed as I was paying, really not impressed at all”
“Rubbish! gave me quotes that do not relate to my electric van and some how quoted on my home address instead of business? I didn't give my home address to the website only my work address for the quote was given.”
“Feel Cheated. Paid for a policy 2weeks before the stat date. I made a mistake on the form which resulted in my policy having to be cancelled before any documents were produced and before the policy start date. I was charged a fee to do this even though it was before the cooling off period.”
“Found a policy and signed up. My insurance not due until 10th Jan. Due to other considerations decided to cancel within an hour. Charged £25 “administration “ fee for a policy that has not started and it will take up to 14 days to refund my money. A joke”
“I used one of the recommended companies it took a week to know if Iwas actually insured having had an accident another week still no hire van only to be informed claim handler dropped case as they couldn't see a win so had to reclaim via insurance still no hire vehicle they decide van is total loss and offer next to nothing as settlement one third the purchase price of my van.

“Did the comparison as i do every year only to find the insurance company i ended up going with online are complete clowns, had to say and complete the online quote 3 times verbally with some foreign sales person i couldn’t understand, and after the second time of stating my details verbally i complained only for this sales person to threaten to end the call. Lesson learned stick to well known companies and not the best quote roll on next October 😡”
“comparison sites need to make sure the people they allow on to sell insurance do not make life hard for the customers. have been trying to contact them since they sent me a message asking me to contact them regarding validatng my policy and cannot get through.”
