I used one of the recommended companies it took a week to know if Iwas actually insured having had an accident another week still no hire van only to be informed claim handler dropped case as they couldn't see a win so had to reclaim via insurance still no hire vehicle they decide van is total loss and offer next to nothing as settlement one third the purchase price of my van.
