“no option to enter vehicle exact type or correct date of purchase on your website, had to ring rac directly to do this which i did the next morning , they also said you had not given them my vehicle registration number and the price quoted by you was wrong and i had to pay an extra £60 after spending a considerable amount of time on the phone, overall not the best expierience!”
