“I used Confused.com for the first time to get alternative quotes to my current insurance provider. The quotes were VERY competitive. However on telephoning the company of my chosen quote to confirm some van details it became apparent that not all the information which I had uploaded was visible to the insurance provider. When this was rectified the cost did increase but remained at a competitive level. I would still use this app to get quotes in the future but would always follow up with a call to the prospective provider to ensure all details are being considered.”
