“I got a great quote through confused. The best quote was with PRONCIPAL INSURANCE however I had to call the insurance company to confirm the quote. I did just that however they could not retrieve my quotation from the quote reference and therfore the whole quote would have to be done manually.
PRINCIPAL INSURANCE person was pretty confident that IT WOULD NOT MATCH THE CONFUSED QUOTE. He was right the , quote was £1000 more expensive. When I questioned this the guy then just hung up. it's obvious that these companies are deliberately giving fake quotes. This is unacceptable.”
