“Good for comparison. Used to get an email with the rewards voucher after logging in online, I object to downloading an app now to do the same because my phone will not open the app. making my "reward" impossible to retrieve. May look elsewhere next time.”

“Although the presented alternatives of home insurances were very quick and good the follow up was not. I had difficulty in contacting the business of MBNA being moved to a division which didn't have any record of my quote and the alternative was over 50 per cent higher. Then was told that i would have to complete another form on line I then left them site and picked another quote the post office.”

“Nationwide no longer do home insurance so I had to find a company that I could deal with. This I did through Confused.com I was able to converse with Lloyds Bank without going through a lot of 'listen to my 100 options; repeat; that option is no longer available; ring back at another time; we are too busy to deal with you now, etc, etc.'”
