“I rarely make recommendations to friends or family, hence the low score in relation to recommendations. Otherwise the website was relatively easy to use and enabled me to find competitive quotes for my home insurance.”

“Check the actual insurer rather than just the broker name - often this isn't obvious until just above the payment details when they let you know. Often it's a 3rd rate American junk shop bank who provide no service and never pay out - as is also the case with "Direct"line. As long as you do that check confused is good. Good luck getting your bonus too - at least it's only £20 I missed out on.”

“Very good and concise quotation and immediately able to purchase from the website to Lemonade. Only one small issue was that your company offer an incentive of free coffees but I couldn't see how to get that.”
