“I tried to download the app in order to redeem the offer you have on your website and it does NOT ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. Time is running out! it was because of your offer of gifts and free monthly coffee that I had chosen Confused.com!! I am very disappointed and that's why I have given you a very low score.”
