“I found the process straightforward but concerned when I went through to find out more: the home buildings and contents insurance questionnaire did not allow me to state that a subsidence claim I made with LV in 2022 related to a conservatory attached to the bungalow property at 33 Sherwood Drive, Exmnouth EX8 4PX and not the bungalow itself - complete replacement work which I found out from LV cost £12,650 to which I had contributed £1,000 (excess). No allowances made to expand on answers. Frustrating.”
“Would recommend. I’ve used them several times over the years and this is my preferred way to find and arrange my home, car and pet insurances. Much easier and quicker than going ro individual insurers. And lets face it every time insurers renew your annual policy they increase the price by a lot. There ia no incentive to be a loyal customer with insurance companies so i prefer to be a loyal confused.com customer and save money.”
