“Straight forward and easy to use. If you've already entered previous information it is stored and you can then check and adjust to reflect changed requirements otherwise it just updates your quotes. If you are after the cheapest quote that's fine but check what you are getting as the cheapest do not always include everything you might want. Also it only sends you the cheapest quotes and you really need to look beyond that as some quotes are only slightly more expensive but give you a hell of a lot more cover”
“Although my address was verified and I got home insurance through it, when I tried to log on and get my rewards you cannot find my address, I cannot claim my voucher”

“It's a nice idea, but it didn't really help - except that it reminded me that I needed change insurers. The insurer suggested weren't really appropriate to my needs (the recomendations seemed to be based on price alone, and, anyway, the price 'quoted' was much lower than the final quote would have been).
In the end, I still had to do what I would have done anyway, and carry out my own research - checking and comparing 'best of' guides, comparing cover offered, exclusions, excesses, etc.”
