“The details of my property held on Confused.com was totally wrong (& certainly not what I confirmed the previous year).
The property main details held were Terraced, 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom whilst my property has always been Link Detached, 3 bedroom & 2 bathrooms.
Also the renewal date held of my house insurance was 3rd December when it’s always been 12th December.
All of these errors caused much lower quotes. I will not be using Confused again.”
