The deep link between confused and the partner company didn't work. When I rang the parent company lots of the information wasn't correct or hasn't transferred. Spent an hour on the phone correcting

Generally do not make recommendations. However website came up with some reasonable quotes that were less than my renewal so progressed one quote to buying a new policy

Has always been my go-to comparison site and I’ve bought several vehicle policies in recent months, then my home insurance. The £20 Rewards are a useful bonus. I was irritated to find they’d decided buying multiple policies and hence claiming multiple, verifiable purchase, rewards was ‘suspicious’ and therefore blocked access without telling me. Reinstated upon complaining, but I shouldn’t have had to. Not happy.

I got 2 quotes from Admiral, one for home and one for car. I did not need the car insurance and tried several times to re log in to just take home insurance. but i could not, it would not let me just go for home, as included was the car insurance so had to telephone Admiral, and had to spend 45mins going through all again. the lady at Admiral is putting in a complaint. Also i missed the free benefit for going through Confused, i was going to go for the £20 Halfords voucher. Kind regards, Brian

The application process was very good with helpful staff easily available to talk to - i had a technical issue to sort and I just couldn’t find the answer online and it wasn’t there and I had to communicate with them. As to whether they’re a good company who pay claims I have no idea as I’ve never had to claim from them or any other policy for 40 years of having home insurance.

Kept asking me to renew while I was away, on holiday, only to find out that I was, as I thought, on automatic renewal. Don't these brokers know their customers?

Well I couldn’t actually book insurance as the forwarding insurance company website wouldn’t connect properly and it relies on internet and in an area that’s difficult coverage i wasn’t able to complete my request
