“First time using this site vs compare the market and whilst the costs are attractive, the bombardment of follow up emails is really irritating. When an existing policy doesn't expire for almost a month, why the multiple emails every day?? Average Joe will obviously proceed with a favourable quote and doesn't need countless reminders that your site exists.”
