“Its about time Insurers fully digitised its whole operation, this means Customer data input should be Voice and digital, beyond this the whole process is digitised and fully integrated with .GOV sites automatically pull in Customer details....its all there, why do you insist on the Customer to provide data that has not changed for years...in most cases..it slows the whole procesa down...its needs a practicality over profits mindset....”

“With Confused website I do not have to worry when my renewal date is and I do not have to do any searches for cheaper insurance as Confused has done all that for me. I do login pick the cheapest insurance Confused has found for me, go to insurers website and pay for it. It is that easy”
