“Website was easy to use, quotes were very competitive, however on occasion I had to ring the insurer direct as the link through to them kept saying something had gone wrong. So unfortunately although I did purchase a policy I will miss out on your amazing benefits.”

To help figure out why your price has changed, please first check for these common changes: Did the payment method change from annual to monthly? Did you add or upgrade any optional extras? “I was given a quote £40 more expensive than the original quote because I delayed for a few days. The reason I delayed was because it was impossible to pay through the portal the first time round. I managed to navigate through the complex process the second time by answering silly unnecessary questions which eventually enabled me to pay and get my insurance.”
