“I don’t find any aspect of insurance renewal easy. I did renew via confused.com however having clicked the link to make a selection I was presented with the ‘extras’, some of which I thought were in my initial selection but apparently weren’t. I still managed to get a better deal than the current insurer was offering. That seems to be how insurers work nowadays! I was under the impression that car insurance had come down lately, apparently not!”
