“I found it impossible to make contact with Confused or the insurers recommended to answer one of the essential requirements for my policy, namely that I am covered for voluntary work where I drive old people to a Day Centre and receive no remuneration, only a mileage allowance to cover costs . I could find no phone numbers on the correspondence and my e mail attempts were never answered . Also it was disappointing to find (this year) that the first 7 quotes were all from the same company with just single factors changed making comparison quite limited.”
