“I bought car insurane with boom from your site only to find it was a nightmare to get in touch with them was only chat Option which took for ever to get though and even put chat down when did so Cancel it few hours later as didn't want problem down the line if needed to sort something only to be charged 75 pound to cancel it few hours later maybe u should look into who u let advertise on your wedsite”

“After I had correctly entered all my details, I clicked through to purchase from Lloyds, I ended up ringing, as the prices changed, the details the operator had were wrong, wrong car, wrong, start date, and no purchase date, after she corrected these at her end, despite the fact I could see they were all correct at my end, the insurance quote had increased by about £70. I ended up buying my insurance directly from Lloyd's.”
