The website is easy to use - this is my second time of using it for car insurance and I have also used it for pet insurance, What you see is what you get, you can choose from a good selection of insurers and who doesn't like a reward at the end?

I wanted to put details about a claim but the none of the options included 'Lost Keys ' Their wasn't even an 'Something Else Option'

Hi there Confused customers I have just renewed my insurance for my car and I found it on the confused website same insurance company but cheaper quote don't know how they do it will certainly use them next time

I was pleased to be advised in good time that my renewal was due and had ample time to look at various quotes. As it was Direct Lines offer offer through Confused was my choice. I look forward to being notified how to access the special offers made by Confused.

It worked well and I did save on my car insurance. However, although a reward card was heavily advertised, there was no clear way of getting the reward so I don't have it. I feel cheated by this. You offered something that wasn't readily avaliable and I didn't get. It would be better if you took that off altogether and not teasing with it.
