“Bought car insurance. Easy and straightforward. However claiming my reward, which I’ve never done before ( no experience of ecards or wallets) was a nightmare. Don’t know even now if I have the reward. Took screenshot but don’t know if Asda will accept that. We’re not all young technos.”

“We rang and spoke to Ben - he was excellent. Explained fully, checked we understood without being in any way condescending as we are not used to buying insurance in this way. We decided against at first but changed our minds 10 mins later..rang back and asked to speak to Ben. Girl I spoke to said she couldn't see him and thought he had gone home. I found myself unable to believe this and was disappointed with this excuse. We took the insurance but felt unsettled not to speak to Ben. Trust is important in this type of transaction. We trusted Ben. Disappointing to be snatched by another person.”

“Rubbish. I've even had to write this review twice. I had to phone a company that I thought was recommended by this shambles. I eventually paid for insurance but nothing to prove it. I now discover that Confused.com don't think they recommended it even though they did.”
