“I have never used confused.com before . I was initially impressed by the quotes I received but on further analysis it seems that the compulsory excess was way more than direct with the insurance providers . So I have reluctantly gone direct. Really need to resolve this anomaly .”

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. “OK but I prefer to TALK to a real person at some point for them to compare, for example, if my daughter' was added as a named driver would my quote be cheaper? Eventually I went with the company that I was able to speak with, who were able to lower my charges by £200!”
