“I got a good quote however after receiving a email the payment system just didn’t work and I ran out of time phoned the next day! Price had gone up nearly hundred pounds excuse is that’s how the system works.!!! So will not be recommending at all.”

“I’ve been with the same motor car insurance company for many years, however, the premium price has gone up and over the years, the last renew had a cost increase of 35%. I’ve had no convictions nor accidents during this period. I called the company to ask why the increase was so great given I mistakenly thought I might get a loyalty discount. I did gain another no claims discount although I wasn’t given a reasonable explanation why there was such a huge cost increase. I then went online to confused.com, entered all my details and found a good reparable insurance company called Directline, they weren’t the cheapest but their Premium Cover was the best option and suited my needs perfectly. The application was simple, payment was easy and the Directline App is first class and contains all the documents.”
